Everybody fails at some point in their life, or doesn't do as well at something as they would have liked to done.
But being angry with yourself for a long period of time will make it
harder for you to move forward and learn from you experiences.
This anger is a negative emotion and it will hinder you from growth.
So be kind to yourself. Admit that you made a mistake, or didn't do
as well as you would have liked, put it behind you and learn how to do
better the next time.
When it comes to trying again, or finding yourself in a similar
situation, you will be in a more positive frame of mind about things and
will be more likely to succeed and do your best.
