Don't hit back!

When somebody hurts you mentally and make you feel sad or angry, it is natural to want to hit back. But is this right?

The answer is usually no. By fighting back, you just make the bad feelings worse, and you will never win a fight like this, when emotions are running so high.

Rather than fight and shout, try talking calmly, working out differences rather than throwing blame and hurt.

Rise above petty and useless squabbles. By doing so you will grow more confident, stronger within yourself.

Life is too short, to precious to harbor grudges and bad feelings. State your feelings calmly, try to work it out and move on.
